Our exchange and return policy Our commitment is to provide the highest levels of service, in order to satisfy our customers 1- In case of any manufacturing defect or damage in the product: Customers of Sumo have the right to exchange/return the product that contains a manufacturing defect or damage without shipping fees, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, with the purchase invoice, within 3 days from the date of receipt. It is also the customer's right to choose one of the following options after receiving the product and verifying it meets the conditions: - Refund the product value via bank transfer, and this process takes 3 working days. - Replace the damaged product with a new product of the same value. Second, in case of wanting to exchange/return the product without any manufacturing defect: "Sumo" customers have the right to exchange/return the product provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, with the purchase invoice, within 3 days from the date of receipt. The customer bears the shipping/delivery and return costs in this case. Third: If the customer's invoice includes free shipping, and they want to return some or all products, the customer bears the cost of the free delivery in addition to the return value. Fourth: Cash on delivery. If the customer chooses the cash on delivery option, any additional request (such as embroidery, name writing, etc.) will be prepared after transferring an advance payment. It is the customer's right to choose one of the following options after Sumo receives the product and confirms it meets the conditions: - Refund the product value. - Exchange the product for another of the same value. Fifth: If the order is a special preparation (custom tailoring, name writing, embroidery), it cannot be returned or exchanged. Sixth: If the Beshth is ordered without the name or embroidery option, it cannot be added later under any circumstances. Seventh: In case of order cancellation or return, the service fees are calculated as follows: Shipping: 40 Embroidery: 50 Name writing: 20 Eighth: If the customer wishes to change the color or size of the Beshth after the name or embroidery has been fixed, an additional fee of 100 will be charged. Ninth: In case of shipping the order and the customer does not receive it for any reason from the carrier and returns it to the store, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Tenth: The Kashmiri shawl can only be returned/exchanged if it is in its original sealed condition.
